It was very good! But why call it a tango? It doesn't even have a 3/4 rhythm.
Maybe Sputnik Folk Dance?

Tango is 4/4 or 2/4. I assume what you maybe mean is Waltz. :)

Was the cacophony intentional? if it were I respect that too. There were times when the drums would swallow the entire song and the melodic sounds sounded liked a faraway thought.
